Meet Your Coach:

Hey! My name is Ben Paz, also known as Benny "Bang Bang" inside the cage. I'm an aspiring MMA fighter with big dreams of reaching the highest levels of the sport. I train with top UFC fighters, and I’ve seen firsthand the kind of grit, focus, and resilience it takes to achieve greatness.

 

But here’s the thing: I don’t just talk the talk—I live it. Every day, I push myself to the limit, and my mission is to help YOU Unlock the Fighter Within You. Now, you might be thinking, “I’m not a fighter,” and that’s totally okay. When I talk about unlocking the fighter within, I’m talking about more than just building a strong body. It’s about tapping into the warrior spirit that’s within ALL OF US. I truly believe it DOESN'T take a special individual to unlock it—it just takes discipline, consistency, and most importantly, genuine self-belief.

 

Whether you’re looking to get fit, feel more confident, or improve your daily habits, I’m here to help you unleash that warrior mindset and live it out every day. My background isn’t just in MMA. As a former High School athlete, I’ve competed in football, basketball, and baseball, so I know what it takes to build well-rounded athleticism.
